Description: ​​​One of the most beautiful of all the evergreen trees, the white pine is easily distinguishable amongst a crowd. In natural areas, deer are often a nemesis as they tend to nip off the leaders. Pest and pathogen problems include White Pine Weevil and White Pine Blister Rust, both of which can be fatal.
